Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Porter / Yard Worker to station and retrieve equipment on site and to maintain a written maintenance schedule. You will inspect equipment before and after rental to document any losses or damage.

The role requires basic tools experience, strong communication and mechanical aptitude, and a comfort with physically demanding work in a safety-focused team. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers (written and oral).
• Ability to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• General mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Stationing and retrieving equipment on the yard.
• Maintenance schedule documentation and equipment servicing as needed.
• Inspecting equipment before and after rental to document damages.
