Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Porter / Yard Worker to station and retrieve equipment on the location's property and maintain a written maintenance schedule. The role includes inspecting equipment before and after rentals to document any loss or damage and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to advance into mechanic, driver or customer service roles, within a safety-focused team and supportive company culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred.
• Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Station and retrieve equipment on the location's property.
• Maintain a written maintenance schedule and service equipment as needed.
• Inspect equipment before and after rental to document any loss or damage.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
