• Five years previous Yard experience, at least three years in the transportation industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Yard crew to ensure a safe work environment and efficient movement of freight.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policy, and all applicable laws.
• Oversee yard traffic, appointment scheduling and labor planning.
• Administer performance reviews and coordinate with Human Resources.
