Job summary

Craig Taylor Equipment in Fairbanks, AK is seeking a full-time Yard Hand to support the service team. You will greet customers, assist with equipment needs, load/unload shipments, and keep the yard, shop and inventory organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Great communication and time management skills.
• 2+ years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers.
• Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to equipment.
• Loading and unloading trucks, trailers and shipments.
• Moving equipment/materials in and out of shop.
• Keeping yard, shop, and parts inventory clean and organized.
• Completing local parts runs and deliveries.
• Assisting with rental equipment.
• Pressure washing.
• General maintenance activities including snow removal, sanding and cleaning as needed.
• Trailer and truck washes.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Other duties as assigned.
