Job summary

OmniSource in Adrian, MI is seeking a Supervisor to lead and direct employees within the department to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. The Supervisor is responsible for leading and directing employees within the department to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. This role focuses on driving productivity, maintaining material quality, and supporting daily operational goals while ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations. The Supervisor will coach, train, and develop team members, address performance and personnel matters as they arise, and monitor key processes to support overall plant performance.
