OmniSource is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Indiana. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems, ensuring maximum production and safe operations.

You will work closely with supervisors and peers to meet goals, uphold cleanliness, and support daily operations. Prior maintenance experience in manufacturing is preferred, and tools are required.

Qualifications

• Be able to assemble, install, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment.
• Be willing to learn how to operate heavy machinery (i.e. forklift, skid steer, crane).
• Have a strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge.
• Be able to perform in a safe and efficient manner.

• Familiar with industrial electrical three phase circuits and schematics.
• Experience in comprehending hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.

Wage

Up to $25.00 base per hour
