Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing is seeking a Spotter Driver in Van Buren, IN to keep trailers moving safely through our yard. You’ll position trailers at dock doors, track movements, and coordinate with shipping and receiving, while supporting warehouse tasks as needed.

This role requires a CDL, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to read and follow safety procedures in English. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it is helpful; experience with yard trucks is preferred.

Qualifications

• CDL and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow safety procedures.
• Strong awareness, attention to detail, and clear communication.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Move trailers between yard locations and dock doors with precise positioning for loading/unloading.
• Maintain accurate records of trailer movements, locations, and times.
• Apply seals to loaded trailers and deliver load paperwork between trailers and the office.
• Communicate clearly by radio with team members, drivers, and carriers.
• Verify trailer locations and assist with yard inventory.
• Operate a forklift and support other warehouse tasks as assigned.
• Keep work areas clean and report damage, safety concerns, and equipment issues promptly.
