Job summary

Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing is seeking a Spotter Driver to move trailers and support loading/unloading in the yard. You will coordinate with shipping, track trailer movements, and assist with warehouse tasks as needed.

The role requires a valid CDL and a high school diploma or GED, plus the ability to read, write, and follow safety procedures in English. Expect 12-hour day shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation with every other weekend off.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and CDL.

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers between yard locations and dock doors, positioning them accurately for loading and unloading.
• Maintain accurate records of trailer movements, locations, and times.
• Apply seals to loaded trailers and deliver load paperwork between trailers and the office.
• Communicate clearly by radio with team members, drivers, and carriers.
• Verify trailer locations and assist with yard inventory.
• Operate a forklift and support other warehouse tasks as assigned.
• Keep work areas clean and promptly report damage, safety concerns, and equipment issues.
