Job summary

Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a Spotter on 2nd shift at our OH (West Jefferson) distribution center. The role focuses on safe, timely movement and positioning of trailers to support warehouse operations.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license (CDL-B preferred) and about 1 year of spotter experience. Training is available for less-experienced applicants; safety is emphasized across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license; CDL-B preferred for applicable roles.
• Minimum 1 year yard spotter experience preferred.
• Applicants with less experience may qualify for an accelerated training program.
• No suspensions, revocations, or reckless driving convictions in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Move and position trailers to support warehouse needs safely and efficiently.
• Work independently to maintain yard workflow and safety standards.
• Utilize industry tools/equipment provided to perform duties.
• Adhere to safety programs and continuous-improvement initiatives.
