Job summary

Central Supply Company, a CRH Company, is seeking a Yard Laborer to support daily yard and plant operations. This is a full-time, year-round role with overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities include loading customer vehicles, stocking inventory, and safely operating forklifts while adhering to policies and safety standards. Strong safety and teamwork focus is required, with willingness to cross-train and assist where needed.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Ability to adapt to schedule, location, and shift changes with short notice.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Load customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Stock and organize inventory.
• Operate forklifts and loaders safely.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance in accordance with company attendance policies.
• Transport materials while maintaining a strong focus on safety and accuracy.
• Assist with unloading trucks, including manual labor when required.
• Work cooperatively with coworkers, customers, and the public in a professional manner.
• Follow all OSHA/MSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist with other duties and positions as needed to support operational requirements.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities and learn additional plant functions.
