Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must pass drug test and criminal background check.
• Entry-level position with potential cross-training to other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lift 50–100 lbs with team or assisted lift.
• Shovel, clean yard and plant area; perform general physical labor.
• Operate forklift and loading machine.
• Complete daily pre-start checks and safety procedures.
• Load and unload trucks; stock inventory.
• Follow policies and procedures to ensure quality work.
• Maintain PPE and safety compliance.
