Job summary

Central Supply Company, a CRH Company, seeks a Yard Laborer in West Virginia to support daily yard and plant operations. This full-time, year-round role offers overtime opportunities and a path to advancement within CRH.

You will provide excellent customer service, load vehicles safely, stock inventory, and operate forklifts or loaders as needed. Safety is a priority: follow OSHA/MSHA rules, wear PPE, and maintain attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Load customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Stock and organize inventory.
• Operate forklifts and loaders safely.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance in accordance with company attendance policies.
• Transport materials while maintaining safety and accuracy.
• Assist with unloading trucks, including manual labor when required.
• Work cooperatively with coworkers, customers, and the public in a professional manner.
• Follow all OSHA/MSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist with other duties and positions as needed to support operational requirements.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities and learn additional plant functions.
