Job summary

Wesco is hiring a Yard Operations Associate in the United States to support efficient yard operations, including loading and unloading, receiving and shipping processes, and equipment handling. You will spot for operators, rig, crib materials, inspect gear, and document shipments daily.

The role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; prior warehouse and forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse operations experience is preferred.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills are required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate one or multiple yards and handling responsibilities including loading/unloading and standard receiving/shipping processes.
• Provide spotting duties for equipment operators; rigging and cribbing of materials; inspect equipment daily.
• Prepare packages for storage and delivery and operate heavy equipment as needed.
