Job summary

Wesco is hiring a Yard Operations Associate to support efficient yard operations, equipment spotting, loading and unloading, and standard receiving and shipping processes. This role offers hands-on training in distribution and supply chain techniques.

Shift is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A high school diploma and warehouse experience are preferred; candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk long distances.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred.
• Equipment operations, warehouse, and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide spotting duties for equipment operators.
• Perform rigging and cribbing of all materials.
• Inspect all equipment used daily.
• Receive, count, and record shipment data into the system.
• Prepare packages and merchandise for storage and delivery.
