Wesco, a global leader in distribution and supply chain solutions, is hiring a Yard Operations Associate in Green Field, TN. You will support yard operations, operate equipment, load and unload product, and follow standard receiving and shipping processes.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., training opportunities, benefits, and a path to grow within a Fortune 250 company. A high school diploma and warehouse experience are preferred, along with basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred.
• Equipment operations, warehouse, and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide spotting duties for equipment operators.
• Perform rigging and cribbing of all materials.
• Inspect all equipment used daily.
• Receive, count, and record shipment data into the system.
• Prepare packages and merchandise for storage and delivery.
• Operate heavy equipment.
