Wesco is hiring a Yard Operations Associate to support efficient yard operations, equipment handling, and shipping processes in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will perform spotting duties, rigging, equipment inspection, and data entry while maintaining safety and accuracy. This role requires physical effort, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the stamina to walk long distances daily.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred.
• Equipment operations, warehouse, and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide spotting duties for equipment operators.
• Perform rigging and cribbing of all materials.
• Inspect all equipment used daily.
• Receive, count, and record shipment data into the system.
• Prepare packages and merchandise for storage and delivery.
• Operate heavy equipment.
