Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five years of experience in yard operations, material handling, logistics, or related field with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, load building, inventory handling, and yard operations.
• Experience operating material handling equipment and heavy machinery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily yard activities and coordinate yard personnel.
• Assign priorities and monitor productivity, accuracy, and performance.
• Ensure efficient utilization of equipment, manpower, and yard space.
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming materials.
• Provide coaching and development to team members.
• Maintain equipment and yard conditions to ensure safety and efficiency.
