Job summary

RB Global is looking for a Part-Time Yard Coordinator to assist with vehicle inspection and check-in at an assigned branch. You will detail vehicles to improve their auction value and move them safely around the yard using basic equipment and tools.

Responsibilities include setting up for weekly auctions, guiding visitors, and performing light vehicle maintenance while adhering to safety rules and procedures. Prior experience in a similar yard or equipment role is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 year related experience in equipment/yard operations.
• Experience in equipment rental or construction preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers and towers.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming vehicles and assist with check-in at the yard.
• Thoroughly clean vehicles to enhance value at auction.
• Move vehicles safely around the facility using appropriate equipment.
• Prepare and set up for weekly/biweekly auctions.
• Retrieve keys and licenses and store safely.
• Provide guidance to visitors and assist as needed.
• Perform light maintenance and basic vehicle care.
• Follow safety rules and environmental procedures.
