Job summary

Proficient Auto Logistics is seeking a Yard Supervisor to manage daily yard activities, monitor inventory, and coordinate the flow of auto haulers entering and exiting the facility.

The role supports terminal operations to keep shipments moving safely and efficiently. A high school diploma and 2+ years of related experience are required, with CDL preferred for longer-term growth within PAL.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2+ years of related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record; CDL license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect yard activities and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Oversee entry/exit of auto haulers and ensure loads are secured per guidelines.
• Enforce safety practices and report issues promptly.
• Document issues and coordinate with drivers and terminal staff.
• Shuttle drivers and assist in load preparation and audits.
