Booster Fuels is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead safe, efficient yard and field operations at the San Jose Yard in a fast-paced energy delivery environment.

The role directly manages Service Professionals, ensuring safety, route discipline, and customer commitments. You will optimize labor, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement using Booster’s systems and processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or frontline leadership experience.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, fleet, or similar operational environments preferred.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance.
• CDL certification may be required where business needs require.

Responsabilités

• Own safe and reliable execution of yard and field operations.
• Lead start-of-shift meetings aligning safety, customer priorities, routes, staffing, and fleet readiness.
• Assign Service Professionals, vehicles, routes, and work based on priorities and capacity.
• Monitor execution throughout the shift and adjust staffing or resources as needed.
• Ensure customer commitments are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain clear operational handoffs between shifts and monitor route completion.
• Escalate issues when appropriate and drive corrective actions.
