Job summary

Booster is a technology-driven energy logistics company seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead safe, reliable yard and field operations in the San Jose market. You will manage shift staffing, route execution, and safety priorities to meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or frontline leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, fleet, or related operations preferred.
• Ability to use data and operating metrics to manage performance.
• Clean and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily yard and field operations and ensure safety.
• Coach Service Professionals and manage shift staffing.
• Ensure customer commitments and routes are executed safely and on time.
• Apply Booster Business System (BBS) and SQDPP pillars to improve performance.
• Identify and address performance gaps; drive corrective actions.
