Job summary

Booster is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee safe, reliable yard and field operations in the San Jose market. This frontline leader will manage Service Professionals, ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery, and optimize labor and fleet usage using Booster’s systems.

In this role, you will drive safety and compliance, coach employees, and lead continuous improvement efforts to meet customer commitments and operational goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or frontline leadership experience.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, fleet, distribution, or similar operations.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem solving, decision-making, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own safe and reliable execution of assigned yard and field operations.
• Lead start-of-shift meetings and align safety, routes, staffing, and priorities.
• Assign Service Professionals, vehicles, routes based on priorities and capacity.
• Monitor execution and adjust staffing, routing, or resources as needed.
• Ensure customer commitments are completed on time.
• Maintain handoffs between shifts and monitor route completion and issues.
