Qualifications

• EH&S experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with industrial equipment.
• Experience in equipment repair/refurbishment and procurement.
• Inventory management and cost-control abilities.
• Proven supervisory experience of diverse teams.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site prep, auction ramps and loading ramps.
• Oversee yard layout and equipment lineup; ensure safety.
• Ensure compliance with RB Global standards and regulations.
• Plan refurbishing schedules and manage related costs.
• Liaise with subcontractors and ensure sale-ready equipment.
• Arrange yard signs and ensure attachments removal.
• Supervise yard staff and casual sale day workers.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental policy compliance.
