Job summary

Blanchard Machinery is seeking a Yard Coordinator (Floater) to manage the yard layout, receive and ship equipment, and assist customers with loading and unloading. The role collaborates with sales, rental, and service departments to maintain inventory accuracy through biweekly scans.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift experience preferred, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Heavy equipment training or vocational experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record is required.
• Forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain yard layout and organization for efficient operations.
• Receive and ship equipment to/from the branch.
• Assist customers loading and unloading equipment.
• Conduct biweekly inventory scans for accuracy.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
