Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase orders and verify order accuracy.
• Track and manage inventory levels for parts and materials.
• Coordinate shipping and deliveries to and from the yard.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier inquiries.
• Provide general administrative support to the yard and shop team.
• Assist in maintaining safety records and enforcing safety policies.
