Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years manufacturing/operations experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety, quality, and process procedures and drawings.
• Ability to read schematics and production orders.
• Able to use various measuring devices accurately.
• Able to operate forklift and other equipment.
• Strong work ethic, customer focus, and team commitment.
• Team player with leadership potential.
• Able to stand for extended periods and pass a drug screening.
• Attention to detail and commitment to on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Follow OSHA and company safety regulations and housekeeping requirements.
• Safely operate equipment to produce products meeting quality specifications.
• Ensure each piece, order, and project is completed correctly and on time.
• Inspect and test products for compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of production, testing, and inspection.
• Troubleshoot and correct issues with fabrications and equipment.
