Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions in Memphis is seeking a hands-on foreman to lead shop and yard activities, oversee maintenance teams, and ensure fleet readiness. The role includes safety enforcement, inventory control, and coordinating with Dispatch, Operations, and Sales to meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, a valid CDL-A, and welding skills. Expect weekend on-call rotation and opportunities for growth within a safety‑mocused, veteran‑friendly employer.

Qualifications

• Leadership/management experience.
• Must possess valid Class A CDL Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Foreman experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds or more.
• Welding experience may be required.
• Some CDL A travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the fleet inventory; keep accurate counts and communicate with operations and sales.
• Achieve all Organizational Excellence goals.
• Ensure equipment is functional, clean, maintained and rent-ready per QA program.
• Maintain an organized yard and schedule/complete repairs.
• Conduct safety meetings with Asset Maintenance Team and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide coaching to Asset Maintenance Team.
• Maintain inventory of shop/yard supplies; negotiate contracts or pricing when appropriate.
• Record damages with photos and coordinate billing with operations and sales staff.
• Track daily production and inventory counts and report to dispatch, operations and sales.
