Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking a hands-on Yard/Shop Foreman to lead maintenance teams and mobile service techs. You will maintain equipment, control inventory, enforce safety protocols, and optimize yard operations while coordinating with dispatch, operations, and sales to meet client needs.

This safety-sensitive role requires a pre-employment drug screen and background check, with potential CDL travel to client sites and a strong emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Leadership/management experience required.
• Must be able to work paid on call rotating weekends.
• CDL A license required; travel to customer locations may be needed.
• Welding experience preferred; forklift/vehicle operation skills are useful.
• Must be able to walk the yard up to 50 yards or more and lift 50–75 pounds+.

Responsibilities

• Lead shop/yard activities and manage maintenance team members and mobile service techs.
• Maintain equipment and inventory, enforce safety protocols, and optimize yard flow.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Operations and Sales to meet customer needs.
• Schedule and complete repairs; conduct safety meetings; ensure QA standards.
• Maintain yard organization and ensure recordkeeping for damages and inventory.
• Track daily production and communicate counts to operations and sales teams.
