Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking a safety‑focused supervisor to lead shop and yard activities, manage maintenance teams, and coordinate with dispatch, operations and sales to meet customer needs. The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols and a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.

The position involves equipment maintenance, inventory control, and ensuring yard efficiency, with some travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Leadership/management experience required.
• Must possess valid Class A CDL Driver's License.
• Foreman experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50–75 pounds or more.
• Some CDL A travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the fleet inventory; keep an accurate count and report to operations and sales.
• Achieve all Organizational Excellence goals.
• Ensure equipment is functional, clean, maintained and rent‑ready per QA program.
• Ensure yard is maintained and organized.
• Schedule and complete repairs.
• Conduct safety meetings with the Asset Maintenance Team and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide coaching to Asset Maintenance Team.
• Maintain inventory of shop and yard supplies; negotiate contracts/pricing.
• Maintain records of damages with photos and report for billing.
• Track daily production and inventory counts; report to dispatch, operations and sales.
