Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping of new, used, rental, demo, and serviced equipment as needed.
• Initiate and complete INSPCT templates for loss mitigation.
• Receive equipment and attach barcodes per process.
• Generate and send receivers to Sales Department for new/used machines.
• Assist in preparing and presenting equipment to customers.
• Investigate and resolve shipping/receiving errors.
• Comply with safety rules and government regulations.
• Inspect contents against records to verify accuracy.
• Take pictures of equipment; verify serials, hours, attachments, damage.
• Document damage and notify department head with supporting docs.
• Conduct monthly inventory audits and ensure barcoding.
• Reconcile inventory reports and report disparities.
• Maintain organized yard; keep area free of debris.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
