Fabick Cat in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Yard Coordinator to ensure orderly and efficient inventory flow across the campus. You will manage inbound and outbound shipments, barcode Equipment, and support multiple divisions with the goal of accurate records and timely delivery.

The role requires 3+ years of heavy machinery, shipping, and yard experience, plus strong customer service, mechanical aptitude, and a sense of ownership to keep the yard safe and productive.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience operating heavy machinery, shipping, receiving, and general yard duties.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate shipping of new, used, rental, demo, and serviced equipment.
• Initiate and complete INSPCT templates for loss mitigation.
• Receive new equipment and attach barcodes; print and attach as needed.
• Generate and send receivers for new and used machines to Sales Dept.
• Assist in presenting equipment to customers.
• Investigate and resolve shipping/receiving errors.
• Follow safety rules and admin policies; comply with government regulations.
• Inspect contents against records; verify serial numbers, hours, attachments, and damage.
• Take photos of equipment and document damage; notify department heads with documentation.
• Conduct monthly physical inventory audits; ensure barcoding of all items.
• Reconcile inventory reports and communicate disparities to department heads.
• Maintain organized yard free of debris; perform other duties as assigned.
