HP Hood LLC in Batavia, NY seeks a Yard Coordinator to support warehouse and distribution for dairy products. You will partner with drivers, carriers and the operations team to ensure accurate data entry in SAP YL and E2Open, while coordinating with ambient, cooler, and ASRS areas.

This role requires outdoor work, attention to safety, and effective communication across shifts. Strong math and English skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer skills with Outlook, SAP and E2Open preferred.
• Ability to apply basic to complex math and weights/measures.
• Read/write/communicate in English to perform tasks.
• Understand company goals and your role in achieving them.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments with carriers and customer pickups.
• Enter driver information into SAP YL and E2OPEN accurately.
• Communicate between warehouses and yard jockeys and operations.
• Sign in/out visitors, vendors, contractors, and carriers.
• Monitor traffic via cameras and operate the security gate.
• Weigh inbound/outbound tankers and process scale tickets.
• Organize paperwork and maintain SAP YL inventories.
• Work outdoors in all weather and stay safety-conscious.
