Job summary

HP Hood is seeking a Yard Coordinator to provide administrative support within warehouse and distribution for dairy products during their shift. You will coordinate appointments with outside carriers, verify driver information across SAP YL and e2 OPEN, and input data accurately across systems.

The role requires basic math, strong communication in English, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. Safety, teamwork, and adherence to company policies are essential; compensation ranges from

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Computer skills preferred – Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, SAP, and E2Open.
• Ability to apply basic to complex mathematical concepts such as weights and measures.
• Understand and respond to inquiries from employees, vendors, and customers.
• English literacy sufficient to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates appointments with outside carriers and customer pick-ups via phone and email.
• Receives and verifies driver information across SAP YL and e2 OPEN.
• Inputs information into SAP YL and e2 OPEN accurately from drivers.
• Communicates between warehouses, Yard Jockeys, and operations teams.
• Signs in/out all visitors, vendors, contractors, and carriers; manages inbound/outbound loads.
• Monitors traffic with cameras and supports security gate operations.
• Weighs inbound/outbound tankers and processes scale tickets.
• Organizes paperwork and maintains equipment inventories in SAP YL.
