Job summary

IAA, RB Global, Inc. company, is seeking a Yard Staff member to support live auctions by checking in vehicles, detailing, moving vehicles safely, and assisting visitors. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a willingness to learn new technology.

This position is outdoors in all weather at our Lexington, SC facility, with on-the-job forklift and loader training. A high school diploma is required, and prior rental or construction experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Physically able to perform outdoor yard work in all weather.
• Teamwork and positive customer interaction are essential.
• Experience in equipment rental or construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record and file vehicle information at check-in.
• Detail vehicles to improve appearance and value.
• Move vehicles safely around the facility and participate in drive-through auctions.
• Recover keys, license plates, and related items and store them properly.
• Assist visitors with guidance and direct them to the appropriate person.
• Train on forklift and loader operation.
