Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), RB Global, is seeking Yard Staff to support hundreds of live auctions. This role involves outdoor work, vehicle detailing, and using technology to streamline operations with a safety-first mindset.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and are physically capable of handling the demands of a busy yard environment. Training in forklift and loader operation is provided.

Responsibilities

• Check-in vehicles by recording and filing information.
• Detail vehicles to improve appearance and value at auction.
• Operate and move vehicles safely around the facility.
• Recover keys, plates and related items and store properly.
• Assist visitors and direct them to the right contact.
• Receive forklift and loader operation training on the job.
