IAA, RB Global, Inc. company, is hiring Yard Staff to join the frontline of our auction operations. You are detail-oriented, love cars, and enjoy working outdoors in all weather, with a readiness to learn new technology.

You will help with vehicle check-in, cleaning, movement around the yard, and assist visitors, while receiving forklift/loader training to support safe, efficient auctions and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license required; driving duties may be involved.
• Experience with basic car maintenance or rental/construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle check-in by recording and filing information.
• Detail vehicles to improve appearance and value for auction.
• Operate and move vehicles around the facility safely.
• Recover keys, licenses, plates, and related items for storage.
• Assist visitors with guidance and direct to the right person.
• Receive forklift/loader training to assist yard operations.
