Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building materials and building process
• Forklift certification within 90 days of employment is required

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance; report to work on-time
• Provide excellent customer service and reflect company values
• Follow safety procedures at all times
• Load and unload trucks; move materials within yard or on site
• Install strapping, bracing, or padding to secure loads for transport
• Read work orders or instructions to locate materials
• Stage materials for job deliveries and ensure accuracy before loading
• Attach labels to materials as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard area
• Perform other duties as assigned
