Job summary

QXO in Post Falls, Idaho, is seeking a Yard Associate who supports safe, efficient yard and warehouse operations by assisting customers, handling materials, preparing orders, and maintaining an organized work environment.

You will pull and stage orders, receive and store building materials, assist with loading and unloading trucks, operate forklifts (training provided), and coordinate with drivers and sales teams in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, yard, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials and operate equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and prepare orders accurately.
• Receive, store, and organize materials in yard/warehouse locations.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and deliveries.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided).
