Job summary

QXO seeks a Yard Associate to support safe, efficient yard and warehouse operations. You will assist customers, handle materials, prepare orders, and keep an organized work area to ensure accurate receiving, storage, staging, and loading of building materials.

The role requires dependability, safety focus, and performance in a fast-paced outdoor setting. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, detail-conscious, and capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Receive, organize, and store materials in yard/warehouse locations.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and deliveries.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (training provided).
• Maintain clean, organized yard and report hazards.
