ATCO STRUCTURES AND LOGISTICS (USA) INC. — Salt Lake City location — seeks a Yard Maintenance Technician to keep the grounds and buildings in top condition, and to support lease fleet readiness.

The role demands hands-on work, operating forklifts, basic repairs, and adherence to safety protocols. The position is full-time, on-site in Salt Lake City, UT, with exposure to outdoor elements and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in general labor and basic repairs.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Electrical, plumbing, and welding experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general yard maintenance and prepare the lease fleet (weeding, mowing, trimming, trash pickup, cleaning).
• Conduct make-ready cleaning of units before lease.
• Ensure tires are inflated properly on buildings and equipment.
• Occasional maintenance of company-owned equipment (forklifts, gators, trucks).
• Operate forklift to move and store buildings in the yard.
• Keep yard organized, stocked, and free of debris and hazards.
• Perform service-related tasks in the yard as requested.

ATCO STRUCTURES AND LOGISTICS (USA) INC. ("ASL-USA") is seeking a Yard Maintenance Technician for our Space Rentals location in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role of Yard Ma intenance Technician is responsible for keeping the grounds and buildings maintained using necessary equipment as well as keeping machinery and other equipment detailed.

• Occasional maintenance of company-owned equipment (forklifts, gators, company trucks)

• Ensure the supplies are replenished and the Yard is both organized and free of debris and potential hazards.
• Perform service-related tasks in the yard as requested .

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE

• 2 Years' experience with general labor and general repairs .
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Electrical, plumbing, and welding experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is a must .

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
