Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain stockpiles and load customer trucks with accuracy.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Communicate with dispatch, quality control, and plant personnel to ensure high quality.
• Operate haul trucks, skidsteer, skytrack, and other mobile equipment as needed.
• Perform plant maintenance, cleanup, and other duties as required.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment.
• Strong awareness of safety and environmental standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidates must submit to pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screening, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA-regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Primarily in environments with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and high noise levels.
