Responsibilities

• Operate track loader in a safe and responsible manner
• Understand maintenance chart and perform daily equipment maintenance
• Efficiently move dirt, strip topsoil, cut fill, and put to grade
• Read and interpret plans and grade sheets
• Calculate grades and percentages
• Communicate effectively with Supervisors and Operator's Assistant
• Set up lasers
• Schedule and organize trucks
• Pay attention to fine details and ensure complete job completion

Experience & Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required; CDL Class A or B License preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of heavy equipment operation experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
