Job summary

Primo Brands in Hollis, ME is hiring a Yard Driver/Shipping Associate to move and inspect trailers, operate a yard truck and forklift, and coordinate dock activities. You will support loading/unloading, troubleshoot equipment, and work closely with warehouse, production, and quality teams to ensure safety and efficiency.

The role requires a Class A CDL, ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong communication within a team. Benefits include health, retirement, stock plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• No more than two moving violations in the last three years.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Prior forklift or heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Exposure to warehouse inventory scanners and basic equipment maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work self-directed and complete daily workload with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a team environment.
• Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications; SAP experience a plus.
• Ability to move/handle 50 lbs and work around yard truck/forklift.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols, policies, and procedures, including yard operations safety.
• Move and inspect trailers in yard and dock to meet pick ticket requirements.
• Operate a yard truck and forklift to support shipping/receiving in a fast-paced setting.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and document adjustments.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and quality teams to improve efficiency and safety.
• Maintain peer relationships to support plant goals.
• Assist with recycling tasks, grinders, and balers as needed.
• Use SAP and time management tools to prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
• Perform dock coordination, loading, and shipping duties as required.
