Yard Jockey / Jockey Driver Role

Located in Richmond, VA, we are hiring a Yard Jockey responsible for operating yard spotting trucks, positioning trailers for loading, and staging for long-haul pickups. The position offers a pay range of $20-$22 (or more based on experience) plus quarterly safety bonuses. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance (with options to purchase more), short and long-term disability, a clothing allowance, and a 401K with company match, available after 30 days.

Qualifications

1. 1-2 years of truck driving experience
2. Preferably previous yard jockey experience
3. Current Commercial Driver's License Class "A"
4. Flexible shift availability
