Job summary

Agile Sourcing Partners LLC in Boonville, NY is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound shipments, track materials in the ERP system, and ensure accurate records for client deliveries. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and strong communication within a landscape of construction yards and field projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience working in warehouse or construction yards.
• 1-2 years’ experience in shipping and receiving.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline.
• OSHA 10/30 Certification.
• First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Experience in the electrical construction industry.
• 3+ years of shipping/receiving experience.
• Experience with ERP inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Maintain paper records for all incoming shipments.
• Transpose shipping and receiving information into company ERP system.
• Ensure accurate record keeping and updating ERP with receipts and shipments.
• Create and manage all shipping documentation from yard to client.
• Interface with accounting & finance departments to forward relevant documentation.
• Perform administrative duties like answering phones, updating records, and providing excellent customer service.
• Assist in auditing of material as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Sharepoint).
• Excellent organization and attention to detail; ability to multitask, think strategically, and collaborate.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
