AGILE SOURCING PARTNERS LLC in Boonville, NY is seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee daily materials management at the yard, ensuring safe receipt, put-away, inventory, and outbound shipping.

You will lead the on-site team, implement policies, coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors, and maintain schedules to meet client needs and project deadlines. This role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and effective communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• 5–7 years supervising staff in warehouse or yard settings.
• Experience with shipping, receiving and inventory control.
• Experience reading plans and specifications.
• Proficiency with ERP inventory management systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily materials management operations on the yard.
• Lead yard team including Foreman, operators, laborers, and coordinators.
• Ensure safety programs and compliance on site.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
• Prepare status reports and manage deadlines.
