Qualifications

• 1 year of yard hostler/yard jockey experience required.
• Experience operating a yard goat required.
• Ability to perform blindside backing safely and efficiently.
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years).
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Operate a yard goat within the yard facility.
• Move containers in and out of dock doors.
• Stage trailers and containers throughout the yard.
• Coordinate trailer movements to support warehouse and shipping operations.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip equipment inspections.
• Follow all yard safety procedures and traffic regulations.
