Job summary

Easton Block & Supply, a part of the H&K Group, is seeking an experienced Yard Laborer with forklift experience to manage yard activities, loading, unloading, inventory, and material handling in the yard of the industrial plant.

The role requires forklift operation, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to perform administrative tasks when needed, with opportunities for on‑the‑job and formal training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience operating a forklift is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, store, and inventory materials in the yard.
• Inspect materials and invoices and monitor yard inventory.
• Inspect and operate yard equipment and forklift as needed.
• Maintain time and production records and assist with admin duties when necessary.
• Adhere to MSHA and H&K safety policies and procedures.
