Job summary

Locke Solutions, a premier provider of custom precast concrete solutions in Houston, is expanding its yard operations and seeking a dedicated Yard Operator to support production, shipping and logistics. You will operate forklifts, load/unload, move precast elements, and maintain safe, organized yard workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include 6 months to 2 years forklift/yard experience and forklift certification with site-specific training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts up to ~30,000 lbs. safely and effectively.
• Move precast products to proper staging areas.
• Load/unload trailers following safety and weight protocols.
• Follow Locke's SOPs for handling precast elements.
• Assist with wheel loader, excavator, and skid steer operations.
• Support yard efficiency and workflow.
