Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Laborer to join a busy yard operations team in a fast-paced industrial environment. You will assist with general yard work, move materials, operate a light-duty forklift, and support safety and housekeeping efforts on site.

The ideal candidate can lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in varying weather, and stay reliable and motivated with a proactive attitude. Immediate start with potential for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to work outdoors and perform physical labor.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general yard work and cleanup duties.
• Operate a light-duty forklift safely and efficiently.
• Move and organize steel materials in the yard.
• Perform light to medium lifting of lumber, dunnage, and steel items.
• Support other general labor tasks as assigned.
